“I have recently returned from a car shoot for a company who develop, manufacture and sell performance and transportation coatings, photographs to be used
in their B2B 2018 international calendar, brief was to show the vehicles paint jobs but to shoot in a non studio environment, using whatever background i could
make work in each car owner’s town.
We lit the bulk of the vehicles using my light painting technique using the 2 IceLight2’s, fantastic lights, they have become my favourite ''bits of kit’'.
Thanks to Terry van Rhyn from AshgroveMarketing in the Isle of Man for affording us the opportunity of photographing the vehicles and his help on the shoots.
Thanks also to Darryl Putter for assisting me on the shoot and doing the very intense post production once we returned.
Finally HUGE thanks to the 12 car owners and the car restorers, it was a privilege and great fun working with them all.
